Gets Quin supports identity verification, transaction monitoring, and administrator review so the book is harder to use for anonymous layering of value. Final procedures must still match the laws that apply to the operator.
Identity verification
Administrators can require KYC before withdrawals. You submit government-id details and a document image. Reviewers approve, reject, or request more information. A rejected file does not by itself reverse a confirmed on-chain deposit; it can block a withdrawal until the record is acceptable.
Monitoring
Deposit hashes must be unique. Large, rapid, or circular patterns can be held for review. Referral commissions pay once per qualified allocation. Ledger rows keep a reason and an actor so a later examiner can see why a balance moved.
Prohibited activity
The operator may close or freeze accounts used for sanctions evasion, fraud, or third-party mule activity. Cooperation with a lawful request can include producing account, hash, and KYC records that already exist in the database.
Reporting
Where a local rule requires a suspicious-activity report, the operator — not the software vendor — files it. This page does not create a banking licence or a promise that every jurisdiction treats the product as a regulated exchange.
Your duty
Provide accurate identity data. Do not open accounts for someone you cannot identify. Do not coach another person to submit a hash that is not theirs. Questions about a held deposit belong on the payment-verification desk.
