How to read this list
Questions are grouped by investing, deposits, withdrawals, account, and support. Administrators can add or reorder rows in Admin → Website → FAQ without changing this introduction. If an answer mentions a window or fee, the number that matters is the one shown on your deposit or withdrawal screen at the time you confirm.

Include your account email and, for a hash question, the unique transaction id. Choose Payment verification when the issue is a deposit or withdrawal. Choose Support for sign-in, KYC, or referral questions. Never send a private key.
How are daily returns calculated?
Each active investment stores a profit-rate snapshot. The engine computes profit = current_value × rate / 100 when compounding is enabled, then writes a unique profit record for that calendar date.
Can the operator change my live rate?
Package edits apply to new investments. Existing investments keep their snapshotted rate, compounding flag, and duration unless an administrator explicitly migrates them.
How are deposits verified?
Never from the amount typed in the browser. The platform stores the transaction hash uniquely and verifies receiver, asset, confirmations, and status against the configured network, or via supervised admin confirmation in manual mode.
How long do withdrawals take?
Each request stores requested, eligible, approved, processed, and completed timestamps. Default eligibility is operator-configured (24–48 hours).
Do I need KYC?
The operator can require KYC before withdrawals. Identity documents are stored privately and reviewed from the admin KYC queue.
What is the platform?
Gets Quin is an operator-administered investment platform. Packages, fees, and website content are configured from the admin dashboard and stored in the database.
How do I create an account?
Open Create Account, enter your name, email, phone, country, and password, then verify the email we send you.
How do investments work?
After a deposit is confirmed, allocate available balance to a live package. The rate, compounding flag, and duration are snapshotted onto that investment.
What investment plans are available?
Only packages the operator has published as active. Limits and return structure are shown on each card and can be edited in Admin → Packages.
How can I deposit?
Choose a package and amount for guidance, send BNB to the published wallet on the supported network, then submit the transaction hash. The form amount is never credited by itself.
Which BNB network is supported?
The live network is shown on the deposit screen and in Admin → Blockchain. Send only the listed asset on that network.
How do withdrawals work?
Request an amount to your BNB wallet. Funds are reserved, reviewed, and completed with a transaction record where applicable.
How long does withdrawal processing take?
Eligibility and processing windows are operator-configured (typically 24–48 hours) and shown before you confirm.
Why is KYC required?
The operator can require identity verification before withdrawals. It supports account protection and compliance review.
What documents are required?
Government ID details plus a clear image or PDF of the document. Administrators may request additional information.
How is my account protected?
Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with CSRF tokens, sign-in is rate limited, and administrators have optional 2FA and a read-only audit log for financial changes.
Where do homepage account figures come from?
The public investor boxes show published available balance, deposited credit, and profit for those profiles. A new registration still starts at zero until a deposit is confirmed.
Can I change package after I invest?
You can create a new allocation if you have available balance. The first allocation keeps the snapshot it already stored unless an administrator migrates it.
What if I send the wrong token?
Only the asset and network printed on Deposit are accepted. A wrong-chain transfer usually cannot be credited. Write to Payment verification with the hash.
How do I reach the payment desk?
Open Contact, choose Payment verification, and include the unique transaction hash. Do not send private keys.
