These terms govern access to the Gets Quin website, investor accounts, packages, deposits, referrals, and withdrawals. By creating an account or sending digital assets to a published address, you agree to this document and to the Risk Disclosure, Privacy Policy, AML Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your place of residence and legally allowed to hold and transfer the listed digital asset. The operator may refuse, suspend, or close an account where identity cannot be verified, where activity appears abusive, or where local law prohibits the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the email, password, and devices you use to sign in. Enable any offered two-factor option. Notify support if you believe the account is used without authority. Instructions given after a valid sign-in are treated as yours. The platform does not recover funds sent from a compromised personal wallet that you control outside the site.
3. Packages and snapshots
Published packages describe minima, maxima, daily rate, compounding, duration, and referral flags. Those fields can change for new allocations. When you invest, the then-current terms are stored on that investment. Later catalogue edits do not rewrite an open allocation unless an administrator migrates it and records the reason.
4. Deposits
Only the asset and network printed on the deposit screen are accepted. Sending any other token, using the wrong chain, or using a non-unique hash can result in delay or permanent loss that the operator cannot reverse on-chain. The typed amount is not a credit instruction. Credit follows confirmation of the hash against the published address.
5. Withdrawals
Requests reserve available funds. Eligibility windows, fees, and KYC gates are shown before you confirm. The operator may delay or decline a request that fails policy checks, that points to an invalid address, or that requires more identity information. Completion is recorded with a settlement reference where applicable.
6. Referrals
Referral share is a commission on a qualified referred allocation, not a rebate of someone else’s deposit. Sharing misleading earnings claims, or collecting another person’s secrets, is a breach of these terms.
7. Acceptable use
You may not attack the service, bypass rate limits, submit false identity documents, launder value, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it. The operator may freeze balances that are the subject of a review and will write that action to the audit log.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as an operator-run book. Digital-asset networks, validators, and third-party RPC endpoints can fail, congest, or reorganize. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost keys, or network events outside the application’s ledger. Statutory rights that cannot be waived remain in place.
9. Law and changes
The operator’s published jurisdiction supplies governing law unless a mandatory local rule applies. Terms may be updated in this page. Material changes that affect open allocations are announced on the site or by email where an address is on file. Counsel should review this language before the platform accepts public capital in a new country.
